You can cancel your appointment through the app or online. Just open the upcoming appointment and tap "Cancel appointment". You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s cancelled.

To reschedule, simply cancel the existing appointment and book a new one.

 

Cancellation Charges

Pay-as-you-go

• You can cancel up to 12 hours before the appointment without being charged.
• If you book by mistake, you have 5 minutes to cancel without any charges.
• Cancellations made in time will receive an automatic refund.

Subscription

• Cancelling appointments under a subscription plan is free.
• However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of access, as per our terms and conditions.
