You can cancel your subscription by contacting our support team.
You can cancel your Ultra annual, monthly or Lite subscription at any time without any additional fees. If you cancel within 14 days of registering for the services (the cooling off period), we'll fully refund you. This is unless you have had any appointments during this time. If you have, we'll reduce the amount of your refund to cover the cost of the appointments based on our Pay As You Go prices.
If you cancel your subscription halfway through the year, you will still have access to the service until the end of your current billing period and won't be refunded for any unused period. The billing period for Ultra annual, monthly and Lite is 12 months.
Once your paid subscription has been cancelled and the billing period has run out, your account will be switched to Pay As You Go.
You can cancel your weight management subscription at any time without any additional fees. Depending on why you want to cancel your subscription you can stop the medication immediately without reducing the dose. If it's due to side effects it would be worth speaking to a weight loss clinician about alternatives or reducing your dose to one you can tolerate.
If you’ve already been prescribed your medication at the point of cancellation, we cannot issue any refunds for the current billing period.
Some of our members might be on our historic monthly or quarterly subscription plans for digital appointments. These are no longer available for new subscribers.
If you are on a monthly or quarterly plan, you can cancel the subscription at any time at no extra charge. Any unused period will not be refunded.
If you do cancel a historic plan, you will not be able to re-activate it in the future as we no longer offer these. Instead, you can select a new plan that works best for your needs on our website.
