Changing your personal details

You can update your personal details in the eMed App or eMed web portal if you’ve changed your:

If you’ve changed your name, you’ll need to contact our Support Team.

 

Changing your address, email or phone number

If you’re using the eMed App

  1. Go to Me (thul-F40178F8-2F87-40A1-B22EAB730AB3301B.jpg)
  2. Tap Account details, then Edit
  3. Enter your new details and tap Save

If you’re using the eMed web portal

  1. Log in in to your account
  2. Select your account icon (top right with your initials)
  3. Go to Account
  4. Select Personal Details, then Edit
  5. Enter your new details and click Save

You can request to amend your details if you believe they are incorrect.  This may be because:
