Occasionally things outside of a clinician's control can result in delays, they may need to take longer with another patient. Most delays are between 5 and 10 minutes.
If your clinician is running late and you have the eMed app we will notify you and ask you to wait a little longer. Notifications must be enabled in your phone settings to access this feature.
If you are accessing our services via the website, you can check this via the ‘Notifications’ tab at the top of the screen
We encourage you to wait, but if you are unable to do so, you can cancel your original appointment and book a new one.
If your clinician is running late, speak with one of our receptionists at the front desk. They'll be able to give an estimate of how long it will be.
